“We worked with Chef Laura and Eric for our intimate multi-day wedding in Sebastopol, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. From the beginning, they took the time to truly understand our vision and what we wanted the experience to feel like for both us and our guests.

What stood out most was how personalized and thoughtful the entire process was. They collaborated closely with us to create a custom culinary experience across the event that felt unique to our wedding and reflective of our preferences, style, and story as a couple. They were also incredibly accommodating of dietary restrictions and specific requests, always approaching everything with flexibility, creativity, and care.

Across the three days, they supported our event in a seamless and elevated way, helping shape a cohesive dining experience that felt intentional, warm, and beautifully executed.

Communication throughout the process was seamless. They were responsive, organized, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It always felt like they were fully invested in making our wedding special and ensuring every detail aligned with what we envisioned.

Laura, Eric, and their team executed everything flawlessly. The service was polished, attentive, and professional, and every guest felt well taken care of throughout.

The food across all three days was outstanding. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was, and the entire experience felt elevated, intimate, and luxurious without ever feeling impersonal.

“This was SUCH a special experience from start to finish, I can’t begin to say enough about it. Some experiences in this world deserve 10 stars — and believe me, this was one of them. Laura, Eric, and Julia were so kind and professional, and truly went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration dinner feel special, intimate, tasteful, and easy to enjoy. As an oldest girl who’s used to being the one in charge, it was so incredible to watch them take care of EVERY detail (and make it look effortless as well!). They were gracious about my group’s dietary needs and restrictions, and it was overwhelmingly evident that every ingredient and dish was sourced with care and love. Julia created such a beautiful tablescape (sourced from the flowers in our garden!!), and ensured our wine glasses were never empty. I’d be remiss not to mention I shed MANY tears of gratitude and appreciation throughout this meal (not to mention just how DELECTABLE the food was itself). Every dish kept getting better and better, and our hearts were as appreciative as our bellies. I would 20/10 recommend this, or any of their experiences, to anyone who loves and cherishes food, or even anyone who wants to be able to enjoy a meal they didn’t have to make. “Listen, I do want to say that Chef Eric absolutely knocked it out of the park last night for us. Our cooking class on the first night was 5-star, but he so went beyond any of our expectations last night that there wasn’t a price tag that could have matched the experience. Rather than picking a menu, we asked him to just do what he wanted. He made us a 10 course meal fit for royalty, during which each course miraculously was able exceed the last in terms of complexity of texture, flavors, presentation, originality and overall care. His server was masterfully professional, and we all agreed that we could come back to town just to experience his work again! I can’t emphasize enough our pleasure with the experience, and I hope you will remember him when fellow members need a recommendation for a chef. 5 stars are not enough.”

Thank you for being a part of our wedding weekend and helping to make it so memorable! All of the food was tremendous and I thought was a great representation of our personalities and style. I heard from several guests that they had eaten a pound of cheese, or drank too many Nelson’s Jams, or couldn’t get enough beef buns, etc. (you will have to teach me that panzanella recipe). Shelby and I only wish we could have been guests at our own wedding to have indulged at that level! More than the food, we really appreciate the amount of thought and attention to detail you provided throughout the planning process. It is rare and frankly unique to work with people who invested as much mindshare as you, Barbara, Traci and Kathy did for us. Beyond the excellent execution, it was that level of care which made our experience so special.
