Our WSET level 2 training and years of experience working at wineries give us a unique background with the fine art of food and wine pairing. We are wine drinkers that love to share our passion for exploring local wines as well as varietals from around the world.

We work closely with you to develop seasonal, farm-fresh menus that meet all dietary restrictions and are customized for the person, not for the group. The intimate setting allows every detail - every bite - to be customized to suit the exact needs of each and every guest. Wine pairing, craft beer pairing, cooking classes, Chopped competitions or elegant dining, Chef L will customize the ultimate experience for you.

On the day of your experience, the majority of the preparations take place in our commercial kitchen, so we are not in your space while you enjoy your vacation. We spend a minimal amount of time on location, arriving only 60-90 minutes prior to service and at the end of the event, your kitchen will be left immaculate.
